「萌宠在家」创立初衷是为了解决宠​主经常出差和旅游，不喜欢把宠物送​去关笼寄养或者无人陪伴宠物的问题​而成立的团队，在品牌创立以来得到​了多方本地媒体的关注和肯定，并做​了相关的专题报道。

From the start, the intention of ​Puppywalker has been to solve the ​problem of travelling pet owners ​who don't like to send their furry ​loved ones to the kennel. Since the ​brand was founded, it has received ​the attention of many local media ​outlets who have produced ​spotlight pieces on the company.

「萌宠在家」服务人员均须通过为期2个月的“宠物健康管理师”或”宠物美容”等相​关专业培训并持有相关证书，同时从业人员均有宠物行业经验及至少5年的养宠经验，​熟悉各品种猫狗的常见病、生活习性、品种遗传疾病、宠物急救等专业知识，能根据​宠物运动量和健康情况进行科学喂食以及根据宠物行为表现进行宠物行为纠正。

PUPPYWALKER sitters are required to undergo a two-month training program ​in relevant specialities such as 'Pet Health Management' or 'Pet Grooming' ​and obtain the corresponding certifications. Additionally, the pet sitters have ​a minimum of five years of pet care experience. They are knowledgeable ​about common pet diseases, pet behaviour, breed-specific genetic disorders, ​and pet first aid. They are capable of providing scientifically balanced ​nutrition based on the pets' activity levels and health conditions.
